At Metropolitan Community College, sustainability is a commitment to the people, places and communities we serve. We take a three-pronged approach that reaches into our classrooms, across our campuses and locations, and throughout the greater Omaha region, because lasting environmental, social and economic change starts with education and grows through action. Guided by our 2021–2026 Sustainability Master Plan and recognized with a 2021 AASHE STARS Bronze rating, MCC is building a future where responsible resource use, equitable practices and thriving communities aren't just ideals — they're outcomes we work toward every day.
