Nebraska Society of CPAs Accounting Scholarship

The Nebraska Society of CPAs Accounting Scholarship, established in 2026, supports students who are pursuing a career in the accounting profession and planning to continue their education at a four-year college or university in Nebraska.

Scholarship Criteria:

  • Students must plan to attend a four-year college or university in Nebraska, with preference given to those planning to attend Chadron State College, Peru State College, or Wayne State College
  • Student should intend to build their career in Nebraska
  • Student must be enrolled in Accounting or Business Transfer with plans to continue at a four-year Nebraska institution
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • FAFSA recommended, financial need is not required but is considered
  • An essay must be submitted

This is a one-time, non-renewable award.
