Helping You Navigate Concerns at MCC
Metropolitan Community College is committed to providing students, employees, and members of the public with clear and accessible ways to raise questions, concerns, and complaints.
The College Ombudsperson serves as a central resource for individuals who need help understanding College policies and processes, identifying the appropriate office or resolution process, or addressing concerns that have not been resolved through normal College channels.
The Ombudsperson can listen to concerns, explain available options, help identify appropriate next steps, facilitate communication when appropriate, and connect individuals with the College office or process best suited to address the matter.
The Ombudsperson does not replace established College complaint, grievance, appeal, academic, conduct, discrimination, Title IX, or other formal processes and does not guarantee a particular outcome.
