- You can schedule a Navigator or Advisor appointment online or call 531-MCC-5231 to book an appointment via phone or reach your Student Success Team members directly.
- You can view final course grades and view your unofficial transcript through Self Service by clicking on "Student Planning."
- Prior to the quarter beginning, you can add or drop classes by:
- Visit Self Service and click on "Student Planning."
- Please be advised that there are deadlines to drop courses and that dropping classes can affect your financial aid. For further information on the impact dropping courses has on financial aid, contact the financial aid representative on campus or call 531-MCC-2330.
- If you are an F-1 International Student, contact International Student Services at 531-MCC-2281 before dropping classes.
- To change your major (program of study), you can complete the Academic Request Form to start the change process. Requests for academic programs with admissions criteria (Health Professions, for example) will be processed through the respective Academic Dean office and can be started through an advising appointment.
- If you are an F-1 International Student, please contact International Student Services iss@mccneb.edu or call 531-622-2281.
Visit Self Service and click on "Student Planning." From there you can view the "Plan and Schedule" option. Your classes will be listed on the left-hand side of the screen along with meeting information which contains class location, building and room number.
Visit our Registrar & Transcripts to have your official MCC transcript sent to another college and for official transcript information and resources.
- If you're transferring credit to MCC you will need to contact the institution(s) you previously attended to request an official transcript be sent to MCC. Follow the steps for paper or electronic transfer submission on the Transfer to MCC page.

View your MCC unofficial transcript through My Way, click on "Self Service," then "Student Planning," then "Unofficial Transcript."
Transfer?
- If you are a student transferring to MCC from another institution, please schedule an appointment with an academic advisor and plan to bring your unofficial transcripts to the appointment. To review how courses from other institutions transfer to MCC, visit Transfer to MCC.
- If you are a current MCC student who plans to transfer to another institution, please schedule an appointment with an academic advisor to assist in the transfer process and have an idea in mind of the institution where you plan to transfer. To determine how MCC courses and programs transfer to other institutions, visit Transfer/Articulation.
If you are a new student and have never registered for classes before, please make an advising appointment or call 531-MCC-5231 for assistance.
If you are an existing student or visiting student, visit Self Service and lick on "Student Planning."
You can apply for and view the status of a graduation application through Self Service and click on "Graduation Overview."
Students who wish to grant parental, spouse or third party access to their educational records may do so by completing an Authorization to Release Student Information Form.
The Student Record Appeal may be used by a student who experiencing unforeseen circumstances or a life-altering event impacting their ability to complete courses. The appeal is not to be used to dispute grades, to voice instructor concerns, or to grant refunds and waive tuition and fees.
To confirm a class will count towards a requirement a Substitution Petition must be completed with the assistance of a faculty advisor, counselor, academic advisor, or college success navigator. Substitutions are applicable only to your current course of study and may not apply if there is a change of major/program of study.
